We are seeking a Project  Engineer to enhance ride, handling, and stability for high-performance and Good knowledge in Project management & Engineering . The role focuses on Project Execution and handover still customer fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roles & Responsibility:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and technical requirements.  
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments to determine project viability.
  • Coordinate with the project manager to ensure adequate allocation of tools, materials, and manpower.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for automotive service projects.
  • Identify opportunities for improving service processes, reducing downtime, and enhancing quality.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement, ensuring technical specifications are fulfilled.
  • Provide technical clarifications to clients and ensure their requirements are technically achievable.
  • Implement and monitor quality standards to ensure services meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Ensure all technical activities comply with safety regulations and standards, including vehicle safety protocols.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and manuals for project phases, including design, testing, and implementation.
  • Track project milestones from a technical perspective and report any deviations or issues.
  • Identify technical risks and suggest mitigation measures to avoid project delays or failures.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during the project, whether related to vehicle systems, equipment, or service processes.
  • Recommend technical improvements based on lessons learned from previous projects and industry advancements.
  • Provide training to service staff on new equipment, technologies, and best practices in automotive service.

   

Preferred:

• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and services
• Proficiency in engineering tools like CAD or SOLID WORKS.
• Proficiency in MS office, Word, Scheduling.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Project management tools knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of safety and quality standards in the automotive industry

Key Requirement:

Qualification: UG- Diploma/BE -Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Diploma- 5 ~10 Years / BE- 4 ~ 8 Years.
